Hickory Sticks Feb. 22.23

The alarms started around 11:00 am Wednesday morning. and quickly six other fire department were rushing to the scene. Weather conditions were poor, wind, rain, and temperatures were in the mid to upper 30s. I was in Decatur, In. when the alarms were going off. I arrived at the scene around 12:10pm and most of the structure had colapsed and burning.

Departments responding were: Ohio City, Van Wert, Rockford, Mendon, Wren, Middle Point, CERT, and the Van Wert County Sheriff’s department early on with traffic control.
