Hartford CIty, In 7/22/23 A couple of the modified Rail class were not shown due to the quality of light had diminished to a point that the photos were unacceptable to publish. The 6400 4x4 Altered were also not published. Sorry guys but Hartford city has always been a difficult event to shoot.
